Fantastic news! Jungle the Bungle, together with app developer Hulan, has been awarded an SME Innovation Grant by the Province of North Holland. For our joint project DIALOOG – Didactically Innovative AI for Learning, Development and Practicing Conversations, we are receiving an impressive €300,000 in funding.
With this grant, we’re taking a major step forward in our mission to help children become more confident and language-proficient through playful learning.
A safe practice environment for developing speaking skills.
Thanks to the support of the Province, we can work together with Hulan to add a safe, interactive practice environment to the Jungle the Bungle app. Within this environment, children can actively develop and strengthen their speaking skills.
The new functionality will be a valuable addition to the work of teachers in the classroom. It will also provide extra support for children who want to practice learning Dutch, English, or Spanish at home.
Developed in close collaboration with education professionals
We are developing DIALOOG not just for education, but together with educators. By working closely with teachers, we ensure that both the content and the didactic approach align seamlessly with everyday classroom practice. Their experience, insights, and feedback are essential in creating a tool that truly works — both in the classroom and beyond.
With DIALOOG, we are building toward a future where technology and education strengthen one another — safely, responsibly, and always with the child’s learning journey at the center.
